We are relocating and searching for flatmates to take over our room.
The apartment is bright, airy & spacious. It has been done up simply but tastefully. Our common room-shared toilet is fully furnished with a/c.
It is nestled among trees & green foliage in a quaint & serene neighbourhood. We are only 7mins walk to Outram MRT, Chinatown & Tanjong Pagar. 7-eleven, food centres & 24hr local prata shop(for the uninitiated-cafes) are just stones throwaway-about 4mins. You are most welcome to use the kitchen(crockery, utensils & basic kitchen appliances are provided) to cook up a storm or unwind over a glass of wine/coffee, jazz music or a good movie(DVD player, TV & Hi-fi set included) in the living/dining area.
We have wireless broadband internet connection, cable tv as well as a maid who comes in weekly to clean the place. Our flatmates are an Indian banker & a couple of students- who respect individual's space & are very neat & tidy. So the place is always clean & pristine. (Photo: Toilet)
The place was last renovated January 2008 and the rental is $55/day for single & $65/day for couple. Rental includes wireless broadband, electricity/water & weekly housekeeping fees.
